get business cards and hand out to everyone you meet–hairdresser, grocery checker, mechanic, etc. Include school and church contacts.
Good luck with your new cleaning business. With being the owner of this company you can set yourself apart in the beginning from all of the other cleaning businesses, by being unique in what you have to offer your clients.
My suggestions would be to:
1. Think organic, use environmentally safe cleaning products only. Market yourself as being different and unique, and develop a business plan to clean your clients homes and businesses using only products that are chemical free and environmentally safe.
2. Advertise on your car or van that you use only chemical free and environmentally friendly products.
3. Set up a client referral system.
4. Put in your search browser, (free advertising + your city) This will bring up a lot of areas you can advertise your business for free online
5. Think about having your own website to advertise
