I am new to SEO. In our company SEO ppl use only excel sheets to keep track of their job status records.We have many websites,so we would be working on link submission,optimization, blogging,Bookmarking etc etc. So what happens is when my higher official comes and ask me about my status i could not tell him exactly what i had did 2 weeks back(i too have excel records of my work but i feel it is not worth).
