Access your files using FTP and locate the administrator directory, then the admin templates directory. Delete the Mambo template that you installed and upload (still through FTP) the Joomla admin template that you were using before you made the change.
If the site doesn’t recognise the new Joomla template, edit the template’s xml file and change the template name to the same name as the one in the Mambo template xml file. Refresh your browser and your site should be working properly again.
