you should probably use a program like dreamweaver for the html editing… and you will have to have a database. and for hosting, host it yourself if its going to be big.
lol you would need years and years of HTML, Perl, cgi script, knowledge….a couple servers, and lots of money, and a great deal of understanding of Search Engine Optimization and online marketing and as far as software goes you would need basic webpage design software like coldfusion, dreamweaver….
