I just downloaded Visual Web Developer and was wondering if anyone has ever used it before. I am a Dreamweaver user, but can’t afford the actual program, I have been running on trial. I was curious if Visual Web was a good program, since it’s free.

Yes, people do use it.
Personally, I can’t stand it, but it is useful for debugging JavaScript issues that are specific to Internet Explorer.
I find that Komodo Edit makes a far better editor without the price tag.
